Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of their risk adjustment product.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with design and engineering to develop the risk adjustment platform
• Engage with clients to identify pain points and translate insights into product improvements
• Collaborate with customer success, sales, and engineering to meet market demands and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in product management, primarily in healthcare
• At least 3 years of experience in Value-Based-Care (VBC) and financial analytics
• Experience interfacing directly with customers throughout product development
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and design teams
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries, including multi-table joins and aggregations
