Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager - Mission Control.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Mission Control roadmap, defining and driving strategy and execution for the internal operator platform
• Develop empathy for operators to translate their workflows into efficient tooling
• Champion design and quality standards for internal products and leverage AI to enhance operator efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or internal platforms
• Proven track record of shipping high-quality internal tools or operator platforms
• Strong empathy for internal users and understanding of their high-stakes work
• Excitement about AI as a product tool and its application in enhancing operator effectiveness
• Ability to navigate technical complexity and engage with engineers on system requirements
