Senior Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, driving outcomes in collaboration with Engineering and Design
• Lead customer discovery efforts to inform product decisions based on insights from mortgage lenders and loan officers
• Define product requirements and success metrics, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business strategy

Required Qualifications

• Experience building B2B SaaS products in a regulated industry, preferably in fintech or lending
• Familiarity with AI-powered products and the challenges of non-deterministic outputs
• Strong instinct for customer research and data fluency to inform product insights
• Track record of shipping products in a fast-paced startup environment
• Ability to build strong working relationships with engineering teams and understand technical tradeoffs
