Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive revenue growth by optimizing operational processes with AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect automated logic to maximize provider utilization and reduce "empty chair time.
• Develop algorithms for optimizing scheduling availability and patient demand forecasting
• Identify and automate manual business processes to enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Experience in marketplace or supply-constrained environments
• Experience launching and iterating on AI/ML solutions in a production environment
• Proficiency in Russian and English
• Ability to work CET hours, located outside Belarus and Russia, B2B format, own equipment
