• Develop algorithms to optimize scheduling availability and unlock high-intent initial visit slots
• Build predictive models for physician hiring and patient demand forecasting to prevent growth bottlenecks

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Experience in marketplace or supply-constrained environments
• Experience launching and iterating on AI/ML solutions in a production environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work directly with data
• Proficiency in Russian and English
