Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Care Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Care Operations product roadmap end-to-end, including problem identification, prioritization, and delivery
• Define and drive product direction for outreach, intake, authorization, scheduling, and care team tooling
• Establish direct feedback loops with care teams and ensure new tools improve care team workflows

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience or equivalent experience owning complex operational systems
• Experience working on healthcare operations, care coordination, or EHR-adjacent products
• Experience managing system transitions, migrations, or vendor sunsets
• Strong ability to operate in ambiguous, early-stage environments
• Experience partnering closely with Engineering, Design, and Operations teams
