Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager with expertise in Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and P&L for assigned lending products, developing pricing strategies and monitoring financial performance
• Understand borrower pain points and leverage customer insights to build innovative product capabilities
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver compliant product features on time and optimize product performance through experimentation

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in consumer lending or fintech
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field; MBA is a plus
• Proven track record of launching and scaling lending products that improved returns and profitability
• Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management and pricing strategy
• Deep familiarity with credit risk and knowledge of the regulatory landscape in U.S. consumer lending
