Key Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the digital consulting platform, prioritizing customer value
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers to validate product direction and gather feedback
• Lead and grow a team of product managers, establishing product management discipline and stakeholder communication

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management with progressive responsibility
• 3+ years of experience leading product teams and managing product managers
• Experience in building digital products or platforms, from strategy to market launch
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Strong business acumen connecting product decisions to revenue models and organizational strategy
