Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Servicing & Collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end servicing and collections product strategy across all lending products
• Lead borrower experience across web and mobile, improving repayment, delinquency, and customer lifetime value
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant and empathetic servicing and collections journeys

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience with ownership of complex customer experiences
• Experience in servicing, payments, collections, or post-origination experiences in fintech or related industries
• Data fluency with strong product instincts for defining metrics and analyzing performance
• Comfort operating in regulated environments and collaborating with legal and compliance stakeholders
• A builder's mindset with the ability to turn complex problems into actionable roadmaps
