Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product development for new and existing products, collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Manage product roadmaps and prioritize enhancements based on organizational objectives and stakeholder input
• Track KPIs and team performance to ensure alignment with market needs and budget constraints

Required Qualifications

• 7-9+ years of experience managing healthcare technology products
• 5+ years in product development or management
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in relevant fields
• Experience with SAFe agile and pragmatic development approaches preferred
• Domain experience in healthcare payer administrative workflows is highly preferred
