Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Operational Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a phased automation strategy across operational domains
• Directly design and prototype agentic workflows and configure agent systems in production
• Own the functional behavior, performance, and reliability of agent outputs in production

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in senior or lead PM roles
• Proven track record of building automation, workflow, or operational intelligence products
• Experience with AI/ML systems, intelligent automation platforms, or agent-based tools
• Background in B2B SaaS, healthcare technology, or enterprise operations software
• Experience leading 0-to-1 initiatives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
