Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the strategy for the payout platform, evolving it into a scalable product ecosystem
• Drive system reliability and scalability, ensuring payout accuracy and compliance
• Partner cross-functionally to streamline creator commissions and improve financial transparency

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in financial systems or payments infrastructure
• Proven ability to define technical product roadmaps balancing short-term and long-term goals
• Strong understanding of APIs, event-driven systems, and financial data pipelines
• Analytical fluency with BI tools to validate hypotheses and measure product performance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
