Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Product to own and evolve critical platforms and internal tooling for value-based care.

Key Responsibilities

• Create product vision, roadmap, and prioritization for assigned areas
• Define success metrics and measure product performance
• Lead end-to-end implementations for new tools or major enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Data Science, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in a formal product role and leading large scale rollouts
• Experience working in agile/scrum environments
• Strong understanding of Medicare Advantage programs and value-based care models
• Demonstrated ownership of product roadmap and cross-functional delivery
