Key Responsibilities

• Own strategy and roadmap for the employer data and reporting experience
• Lead discovery with employer partners to understand their data-related questions
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop scalable reporting features

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in product management, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or enterprise products
• Experience with data products, reporting, or analytics
• Technical fluency to communicate effectively with engineers and data teams
• Strong discovery skills to analyze customer problems beyond feature requests
• Familiarity with AI tools for research and prototyping
