Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager - Commercial AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a commercial AI strategy to enhance revenue and customer experience
• Lead the deployment of AI/ML across commercial workflows and manage change initiatives
• Oversee the architecture and delivery of scalable commercial AI platforms and manage vendor relationships

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial transformation, analytics/AI, or revenue operations
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional transformation and drive adoption
• Strong product thinking and understanding of GenAI/ML capabilities
• Experience with governance, KPI measurement, and executive-level communication
• High proficiency with ERP systems, particularly SAP, and familiarity with CRM tools
