Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Workday.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the vision and execution of enhancements to Workday across various HR modules
• Own and evolve the Workday roadmap, balancing operational needs with long-term improvements
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Workday enhancements, ensuring measurable improvements in HR and employee experiences

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager with direct product ownership in an Agile environment
• 2-4 years of experience executing product development within Workday, with hands-on experience in at least one HR domain
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale initiatives simultaneously
• Demonstrated end-to-end product management and technical implementation experience
• Experience in guiding prioritization and making thoughtful trade-off decisions
