Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Developer Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategic direction and roadmap for 1-2 DevEx teams, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Drive the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch, utilizing success metrics and data-driven insights
• Lead product rollouts and enablement initiatives to maximize adoption and usage of platform products

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with internal developer platforms or developer-facing products
• Ability to use data and customer insights to identify developer experience opportunities
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, cross-team programs in ambiguous environments
• Strong collaboration skills with engineering teams and understanding of operational challenges
• Familiarity with trends and tools in AI-native engineering and software development
