Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and execution for homepage, wayfinding, and integrated user experiences across domains and products
• Partner with Design and Engineering leads to improve end-to-end customer journeys focusing on navigation and discoverability
• Identify and close customer experience gaps through research and data analysis, ensuring alignment with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in strategy, roadmap, and delivery for complex products, preferably in SaaS or fintech
• Strong background in product discovery and delivery practices, including user research and data-informed decision making
• Analytical skills with experience in defining product metrics and designing experiments
• Exceptional skills in communication and influence, driving alignment across teams
