Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager with health system experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product goals and success metrics
• Maintain a healthy product backlog and ensure effective delivery by collaborating with technical teams during implementation
• Contribute to the organization's knowledge base and participate in initiatives to improve social and environmental impact

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role
• At least 3 years of healthcare digital experience, either agency-side or system-side
• Familiarity with clinical and operational platforms common in healthcare digital
• Experience in discovery and requirements gathering, including stakeholder interviews and user research synthesis
• Ability to manage priorities across multiple clients or engagements simultaneously
