Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager for Internal Project Management Platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy for internal roadmap and execution platforms
• Evolve the platform to support multiple execution models and frameworks
• Drive workflow standardization and guidelines to improve program execution predictability

Required Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 12+ years of experience in software and hardware engineering and technical product management
• Experience with defining and evolving internal platforms or complex workflow tools
• Deep understanding of engineering workflows including waterfall, agile, and hybrid models
• Proven ability to map, analyze, and optimize processes across various execution styles
