Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager- HR Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the technology roadmap for SuccessFactors Talent Management and Talent Acquisition modules
• Lead implementation, configuration, customization, integration, testing, and deployment projects for HR technology solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and act as a subject matter expert

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in product management, HRIS, or HR technology roles, with 5+ years of expertise in SAP SuccessFactors
• Intimate knowledge of SuccessFactors Talent Management and Talent Acquisition modules
• Proven expertise in the Onboarding 2.0 module
• Strong understanding of end-to-end talent processes in a large, global organization
