Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager - Customers & Orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the end-to-end customer ordering experience, including search, browse, cart, checkout, and post-order workflows
• Define and execute a product strategy that supports both self-service users and enterprise customers
• Drive product discovery, roadmap prioritization, and execution in partnership with Engineering, UX, and cross-functional stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Approximately 5-7 years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS environments
• Proven experience owning customer-facing product areas, particularly within ordering systems or marketplaces
• Background in B2B products, designing for both self-service users and enterprise customers
• Experience leveraging AI or machine learning to enhance customer experiences or product workflows
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
