Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Implement a novel approach to healthcare transactions, enhancing provider-payer contracting and ensuring upfront pricing for patients
• Build a modern transaction system utilizing sophisticated methodologies and technology
• Drive early-stage concepts through iteration and execution while coordinating across various teams and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare-specific Product Management, Plan Operations, or Strategy & Ops roles
• Strong healthcare domain expertise, particularly in health plan operations or payment systems
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-complexity, 0-1 solutions
• Proven track record of operational excellence
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and iterating based on feedback
