Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager - Endpoint Management & Patching.

Key Responsibilities

• Own large, customer-facing product areas end-to-end, including discovery, strategy, planning, and rollout
• Engage directly with customers to understand patching workflows and translate pain points into product decisions
• Partner with leadership to shape product direction and monitor metrics tied to reliability and customer effort

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience owning a customer-facing IT, endpoint management, or cybersecurity product
• 7-10+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Experience with OS or third-party patching and IT operations workflows
• Strong hands-on product execution skills, including writing detailed product specifications
• Background in cybersecurity, endpoint management, or IT systems administration
