Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join their Product Development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide product thought leadership by identifying customer requirements and defining business goals for lab platform capabilities
• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for lab delivery across all training programs
• Work closely with engineering teams to plan, prioritize, and deliver lab platform enhancements and new capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience with complex technical products or platforms
• Demonstrated experience leading product strategy for cloud-based or infrastructure-driven solutions
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience with engineering teams
• Proven ability to define product roadmaps and deliver measurable outcomes
• Experience managing platform products that serve multiple product lines, especially in lab environments or simulation systems
