Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Define and own the end-to-end UX product strategy across all services product lines globally
Drive research initiatives to understand user needs and translate findings into actionable product direction
Own the end-to-end NPS strategy and lead usability testing and optimization efforts

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Design, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree a plus
8-12 years of UX-focused product management experience with ownership of UX strategy
Proven ability to connect customer sentiment to usability priorities and roadmap decisions
Hands-on experience with AI-powered design and engagement tools
Strong expertise in user research and usability testing
