Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager - Rewards Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and execution for the Rewards experience across various redemption formats
• Translate company goals into clear product initiatives and measurable impact
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with broader retention and platform goals

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in high-scale consumer platforms, marketplaces, fintech, loyalty, or payments
• Strong quantitative fluency and ability to model margin and behavioral tradeoffs
• Experience launching personalization, targeting, or experimentation systems
• Proven ability to drive alignment across Product, Engineering, and Finance
• A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can define impactful problem spaces
