Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Product Manager, Health & Benefits Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and define a product domain within the unified Health & Benefits platform, including discovery, roadmap, and delivery
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, design, and business stakeholders to align on priorities and execution
• Drive the transition from legacy systems to a unified platform by identifying requirements and defining scalable solutions

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in platform or complex systems environments
• Experience working in highly regulated industries such as healthcare or benefits is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to own a product domain end-to-end, from discovery through delivery
• Experience working with modern architectures such as APIs and microservices
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; PMP or similar certification is a plus but not required
