Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Process Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the intake pipeline of automation opportunities across the business
Lead end-to-end delivery of RPA initiatives, including requirements gathering, UAT, and implementation
Analyze current-state processes and design future-state automated solutions

Required Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience or equivalent in transformation-focused roles
2-3+ years of experience in process improvement, change management, or consulting
Hands-on experience with robotic process automation (RPA) platforms
Strong background in financial services, banking, or payments operations
Experience owning end-to-end process transformation initiatives
