Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead retention, engagement, and monetization for a consumer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive key metrics related to retention, engagement, and monetization
• Design and optimize core product loops to enhance user experience and reduce churn
• Define and execute a robust A/B testing roadmap to improve performance and user journeys

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of product management experience in consumer digital products (mobile or web)
• Proven track record of impacting growth metrics such as retention and engagement
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
• Experience in running A/B tests and building experimentation roadmaps
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
