Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager, E-Commerce.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the marketplace experience end-to-end, driving strategy and execution for benefits discovery and redemption
• Design experiences that encourage users to transition from off-platform claims to on-platform redemptions
• Lead experimentation at scale to optimize key metrics and drive measurable growth in marketplace engagement and spending

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in e-commerce and marketplace environments
• Experience analyzing user behavior and spend data to create product hypotheses
• Proven track record of delivering ambitious products that align with organizational goals
• Familiarity with collaborating closely with technical teams and stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively in a remote-first team environment
