Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead platform modernization and engineering velocity efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a roadmap for platform health and infrastructure modernization
• Work with engineering leads to prioritize platform investment opportunities and translate them into actionable tradeoffs
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to deployment frequency, build reliability, and engineering velocity

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a platform or technical enablement role in a B2B SaaS environment
• Technical fluency to engage with engineers on architectural tradeoffs and modernization strategies
• Strong prioritization instincts for making decisions under competing pressures
• Experience in Agile environments, adapting processes to serve the team effectively
• Clear communication skills to engage stakeholders and manage sprint reviews
