Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive product strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with business objectives and customer needs
• Lead product launches and manage multiple product lines, coordinating cross-functional teams for timely, high-quality delivery
• Mentor product managers and team members, tracking performance metrics to inform decisions and drive improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in a product management or product owner role
• Intermediate to advanced understanding of Product Management principles and Agile/SCRUM methodology
• History of analyzing business needs and product performance gaps
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check upon hire and throughout employment
