Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for a paid subscription offering for freelancers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and execution for talent monetization initiatives focused on subscription growth
• Own the end-to-end subscription lifecycle, including activation, engagement, and retention
• Define and deliver subscription features in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Availability to work at least US East Coast hours (US West Coast hours preferred)
• Demonstrated experience building and scaling subscription products
• Strong experimentation background, including A/B testing
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to define success metrics
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in ambiguous environments
