Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Principal Product Manager, New Initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end product strategy for a new strategic initiative leveraging the interview platform
• Lead the initiative from concept through launch, identifying market opportunities and defining the core value proposition
• Drive alignment across multiple functions and senior leaders to secure resources and maintain velocity on high-priority initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS with a track record of launching and scaling products
• Proven experience defining and leading product strategy for customer-facing product areas
• Comfort operating through ambiguity and translating uncertainty into clear direction
• Experience building products for enterprise buyers, particularly engineering leaders
• Strong analytical foundation with experience leveraging data to inform product decisions
