Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager - CRM.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy and multi-year roadmap for CRM capabilities
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for CRM features, from discovery to post-launch optimization
• Drive adoption of CRM features by collaborating with client success and account management teams

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in CRM product development
• Proven track record of building and scaling CRM solutions with measurable impact
• Deep familiarity with CRM platforms and ecosystems
• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing CRM integrations and APIs
• BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
