Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design of the Host experience from free trial creation through Day 60
• Maintain a documented system of all conversion and onboarding flows in Figma
• Design and ship prototypes and experiments rapidly while partnering with the AI Cohost team

Qualifications

• Experience designing onboarding, conversion, or activation flows for consumer or prosumer products
• Fluency in Figma and building prototypes for rapid discovery and communication
• Comfortable with data analysis to inform design decisions
• Able to work quickly on tests while ensuring polished final products
• Strong opinions on creating magical first experiences for users
