Key Responsibilities

• Drive the Merchant Growth Roadmap by defining onboarding, incentives, cancellations, and daily workflows
• Ship AI-Powered Experiences that enhance merchant and subscriber interactions through automation and personalization
• Operate as a Visible Product Owner, collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to product strategy

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, ecommerce, or subscription businesses
• Proven track record of delivering measurable impact on complex product surfaces
• Curiosity about AI or ML-powered product experiences
• Strong customer empathy with experience in leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights
• Experience with Agile product development practices
