Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Formulary Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the multi-quarter product strategy and roadmap for Formulary Intelligence, including P&T workflow enablement and AI-assisted insights
• Lead requirements for modernizing the formulary data model and managing the formulary lookup experience for clinical users
• Define requirements for AI-assisted formulary workflows and partner with Engineering and Data to ensure scalable distribution patterns

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in healthcare IT or clinical informatics
• Experience delivering AI-assisted product capabilities and understanding model evaluation
• Experience setting product OKRs and using data to manage a roadmap
• Direct experience with formulary management or pharmacy operations is preferred
• Experience with EHR platform integrations and prior authorization workflows is advantageous
