Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Product Manager with expertise in Financial Services and Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and full Profit & Loss for assigned lending products, developing pricing strategies and monitoring financial performance
• Understand borrower pain points and leverage customer insights to innovate product capabilities
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and timely delivery of product features while optimizing growth and performance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in consumer lending or fintech
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field; MBA is a plus
• Proven track record of launching and scaling lending products that improved returns and profitability
• Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management and pricing strategy
• Familiarity with the regulatory landscape in consumer lending in the U.S
