Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive improvements in AI-enabled clinical genetic interpretation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the vision for AI-enabled clinical genetic interpretation and articulate the problems to be solved
• Accelerate innovation by driving the AI-driven "idea-to-prototype" cycle
• Act as a bridge between lab directors, scientists, and engineering teams to ensure seamless product releases

Required Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Biology, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Deep experience or knowledge of clinical genomics and variant interpretation
• 3+ years of software product management experience in a biotech laboratory, ideally in a clinical setting
• Familiarity with integrating AI/ML models into production workflows
• Highly organized and reliable with an execution mindset in dynamic environments
