Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Developer Productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate engineering team needs into a prioritized roadmap and maintain focus on high-impact work
• Track and report on developer experience metrics to identify bottlenecks and measure progress
• Partner with engineers and stakeholders to deliver platform improvements and integrate AI into workflows

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of product management experience with a background in developer experience or productivity
• Familiarity with developer tooling such as CI/CD systems and observability platforms
• Experience with AI and understanding of how it fits into developer workflows
• Ability to execute quickly in a high-velocity environment and manage ambiguity effectively
