Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Shared Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Shared Services, including identity, communications, and payments
• Lead discovery efforts to understand user experiences and translate insights into product decisions
• Define success metrics for services and track adoption, reliability, and satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Experience shipping platform or shared services products with a focus on internal and external customer needs
• Understanding of shared service domains such as communications, payments, or authentication
• Technical grounding to communicate effectively with engineering teams
• Experience in evaluating build/buy/integrate decisions
• Proficiency in using AI prototyping tools for product discovery
