Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and delivery across various product surfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development process for large initiatives, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and develop strategies aligned with company goals
• Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders and manage a detailed roadmap prioritizing features based on feedback and research

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with a track record of launching software products
• Domain experience in healthcare benefits, health insurance, fintech, or financial services
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• Strong familiarity with Agile development methodologies and product lifecycle
• Experience with product management tools and analytics platforms
