Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager for the Moving vertical.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the refresh of the core product for the moving industry, collaborating with various teams to ensure successful implementation
• Engage with customers to understand their workflows and gather feedback to enhance product adoption and satisfaction
• Translate customer insights into product requirements and collaborate with engineering on API design and integrations

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a product role within a SaaS setting, preferably in a Series B stage
• Recent primary responsibility for a product or product area in the last 2-3 years
• Background in engineering and/or web development prior to product management
• Proven track record of enhancing product quality and customer experience with measurable results
• Experience in building customer feedback programs that inform product decisions
