Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the NetBox Enterprise product experience, including deployment, upgrades, and enterprise integrations
• Serve as the voice of enterprise customers by understanding their operational realities and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define strategy, align priorities, and improve product adoption

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management within B2B enterprise software, with 3+ years in a startup environment
• Proven experience building and scaling enterprise or on-prem software, preferably in regulated industries
• Strong track record of owning products across the full lifecycle from strategy to iteration
• Deep understanding of self-hosted software operational realities, including deployment automation and upgrades
• Technical depth to engage with engineering teams and balance technical constraints with market needs
