Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Product Manager (User Experience).

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to and refine the product vision and roadmap for the agency-facing side of the platform
• Partner cross-functionally to bring new products and features to life while ensuring alignment
• Establish product metrics to validate performance and user impact, and communicate insights across teams

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of product management experience, with 2-3 years owning a customer-facing product
• Track record of delivering outcomes by simplifying complex workflows for end-users
• Strong user research instincts and ability to translate findings into roadmap decisions
• Familiarity with Agile development and tools like Jira and Confluence
• Experience with AI-assisted workflows as a PM who has shipped automation features
