Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager to optimize Customer Support and Revenue Cycle Management experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of internal tools and products that utilize AI for automating health insurance RCM and Support workflows
• Collaborate with Support and Revenue Operations to identify bottlenecks and create product solutions
• Craft and prioritize a roadmap for features that align with product vision and drive business impact

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in fast-growing teams
• 5+ years of experience with Health Insurance Revenue Cycle Management processes
• Proven experience in building products that leverage AI agents or Generative AI
• Strong background in working with Support or Revenue Operations teams
• Self-starter with the ability to identify technology opportunities for operational excellence
