Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Product Manager, Retention to manage and enhance their subscription platform and subscriber experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and day-to-day management of the subscription platform, including subscriber flows and cancellation experiences
• Continuously improve the subscriber experience and develop a loyalty and rewards program to enhance customer engagement
• Analyze subscriber behavior to inform improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams on subscriber and loyalty initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in subscription growth, retention, lifecycle, loyalty, or monetization roles
• Direct experience with subscription platforms such as SKIO or Recharge
• Experience launching or managing loyalty or rewards programs
• Strong analytical skills with experience in cohort analysis and retention metrics
• Understanding of subscription business economics and the impact of retention programs on growth
