Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Workforce Assessment portfolio
• Define and prioritize product requirements based on customer discovery and market research

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of progressive product management experience
• Experience in assessment, credentialing, or workforce technology markets
• Proven ability to partner with research and technical experts to define product strategy
• Strong command of product roadmap planning and agile development processes
• Bachelor's degree in a related area of study or equivalent experience
